By Finnish law, customers have the right to return products within 14 days from purchase without extra charge and with full refund. The product has to be unused and in a perfect condition upon returning the product. Fat Rabbit does not refund used products.

Domestic shipping within 3-5 working days from the order. International shipments time may vary and is not the responsibility of the seller, however, the shipments are guaranteed to leave within 1-3 working days from the seller.  Customs is not the responsibility of the seller, and is not paid by the seller.
